In 2012, Nebulous Design successfully completed the Cothas Coffee industrial building for Cothas Coffee Associates, the birthplace and manufacturing hub of Parampare Coffee. The foundation of this exceptional structure was laid upon the extensive time our team invested in comprehending the intricacies of the coffee roasting and blending industry, ensuring the fulfillment of specific functional and operational requirements.
A comprehensive understanding of the flow of raw materials, workforce, and essential goods throughout the machinery was paramount in optimizing productivity and streamlining operations. Each space within the building was meticulously curated to cater to specific needs, fostering a harmonious interplay of processes. Recognizing the pivotal role of ambient conditions in coffee production, we prioritized efficient ventilation and air circulation. Moreover, certain spaces were specifically designed to accommodate heat dissipation and maintain precise temperature control, ensuring an ideal environment for coffee processing.
With a forward-thinking approach, we took into account the future expansion plans for the units within the building, ensuring ease of scalability. Furthermore, the structural elements were thoughtfully highlighted using a striking color contrasting combination of yellow and grey, adding a visually appealing touch to the overall aesthetics.
