The complex exemplifies sustainability through the incorporation of rainwater harvesting systems, sewage treatment plants, and a centralized gas bank, showcasing Nebulous Design’s eco-friendly approach. In paying homage to the architectural vision of Le Corbusier, the Principal Architect has harmoniously combined exposed brickwork with painted facades, creating a visually striking aesthetic.
