Villa at Hennur Gardens

The client’s vision was to construct a modern SOHO (shops + home) that is both functional and Vaastu compliant, something that Nebulous went above and beyond to deliver. The 6,000 sq ft project aimed to provide a space of safety, privacy, and an upgraded quality of life by harnessing natural light. The villa’s design, inspired by cubism, featured clean geometric lines and distinct architectural elements that we are known for. The four-level layout included four shops and a grand foyer on the ground level, along with a skylight courtyard created by a triple-height skylight and staircase on this floor. The first level boasted a double-height living space, a dining room, an island kitchen, a bay seating area, a powder room, and an opulent master bedroom. The second level houses spacious rooms and a family sit-out with a charming reversible swing. The final floor presents an exciting entertainment space with a gym, pantry, home theatre, and a picturesque terrace for celebrations.

The luxurious ambiance was achieved through a timeless palette of grey, white, and black marble complemented by dark walnut wood accents. Additional colors like tan, rose gold, sage, and yale blue were integrated, creating a harmonious design. Diverse lighting styles and meticulous decor added warmth and expression to every corner, while rattan cane and bespoke furniture, fabric, lighting, and wall art added to the overall aesthetic appeal.
